Q. What is your service call charge?
A. $39.95 for Wake Forest and Norheast Raleigh Area. For service outside of this range, an additional amount is added to this service call charge, because of the extra distance. This covers the trip and diagnosis. If you choose not to have the appliance repaired, this is the only charge.
Q. What is your standard labor charge?
A. If you decide to have the appliance repaired, the standard labor charge for 90% of jobs is $29.95. This charge is added to the service call fee and parts to represent your total cost.
Q. Can I get an estimate over the phone?
A. We can usually give a rough price and probability, but can't accurately estimate a repair unless we actually diagnose the appliance.
Q. What types of appliances do you repair?
A. Washers, Dryers, Refrigerators, and Stoves.
Q. Do you sell parts?
A. We have a separate website for parts sales.
Q. What is your service area?
A. We serve approximately a 15 mile radius of south Wake Forest, NC. However, because of the distance, the low service call fee of $39.95 is only available for Wake Forest and Northeast Raleigh.

Q. Are your prices competitive.
A. We have some of the lowest prices in Wake County. We also are one of the few, if any, that give a discount off of the retail cost of all parts.

A. We accept checks, cash, major credit cards, and even Paypal.
Q. What types of repairs do you perform?
A. Some of the more common repairs are related to the following:
Washing Machine:
Lid switch, belt, motor coupling or coupler, motor, agitator, gasket, water valve, water level switch, and pump.
Dryer:
Door switch, belt, idler pulley, motor, blower, ignitor, flame switch, gas valve, heater element, thermostat, thermal fuse, rollers and bearing.
Refrigerator:
Defrost (board heater, timer, thermostat), evaporator fan, condensor fan, icemaker, ice build up, and coil cleaning.
Stove:
Spark ignitor, gas ignitor, thermostat, heating element, bake element, burners, and control module.
